We are now in our fifth year working with Target to manage the community impact component of the Target Circle loyalty program. We provide quarterly curation of highly vetted, hyper-local nonprofits tailored to communities in the 1,900+ markets Target serves, manage donation payments, handle fundraising compliance and provide data-driven insights through statistical analysis of program data. When natural disasters hit or social justice movements call for urgent action, we research and activate partnerships with hand-picked organizations at the neighborhood level — strengthening loyalty and increasing impact. All Parents Welcome
We teamed up with the founder of the acclaimed DILF (Dad I'd Like to...Friend) podcast to support the creation of a new nonprofit called All Parents Welcome (APW), a coalition of parents working to build more support and inclusivity within parenting culture. The organization envisions a world with more support for birthing moms, but also for non-birthing parents, including parents through adoption, surrogacy and marriage, many members of the LGBTQ+ community and dads. We partner with APW as a fiscal sponsor and strategic advisor, providing guidance on communications and cause marketing partnerships. We work with Ribon to refine industry positioning and collaborate on strategic communications as they expand from Brazil to the U.S. and beyond.
